Called Sprint and they are aware that someone is sending out false messages. DO NOT give out any information to these people. Call Sprint's Fraud Dept. M - F betwee 8 am and 6 pm to report this scam at 1-888-788-0788.

Same msg.... when i called the number it was asking me to enter the 16 digit visa#.... Big scam!!! Beware and do not give any info...

Text message saying "customer issue, visa service frozen, please call 270 49******." Lack of capitalization and the fact that I don't use my Visa lead me to believe this is a scam.
I was texted "customer issue, visa service frozen, please call at 270-495-0819" Called number, typed in bougous visa number and system stayed in loop. This number needs to be shut down.
Someone has hacked into collection agency servers and/or files. Those companies are not known for having good security...
