i answered a call from this number yes****ay and it was a woman saying i was eligible for some credit card rewards, then asked it i did still hold a visa, discover, or mastercard... i told her i didn't want what she was giving away and ***g up. i'm guessing it's a cc scam.

I Just let it ring--I don't pick up "Unknown Caller" calls--Maybe I'll make up info and try to get an idea who they are (lol)

I received a call from this number about 10 minutes ago and they claimed to be from the Higher Education Loan Provider. They offered me additional loan money for school. Is it legal to solicit loans over the telephone? It's probably a scam. I told them I have they website bookmarked and would contact them if I needed more money.

Receive calls from this number. Call back and it's Higher Education Loan Provider. Also receive calls from same company on 320-286-8089 number. Never leave messages. Calls at least once a day.

two calls today-and I get no message either-when calling it back it was a recording that said Higher Education loan providers.
