Don't know who it was. I no longer answer calls if I don't know who is calling, because of this very reason. If it's important, they will leave a message. And these numbers never leave a message.

I didn't answer. I used a phone with a blocked # to call back --and got a recording that stated" if you want to be placed on a do not call list, press 1 now' (I did nothing) ---then i was disconnected. I think it is a computer spammer looking for 'real' phone numbers
