I am sorry to hear all of you are out of work. But I want to warn you in case you are thinking about bankruptcy. Only go Chap 7 do not do 13 I did an it was a train wreck and its now 12 years later and my credit is still *****ed up. Plus the trustees hold on to your payments to them and only pay the creditors every 2 months which further *****s up your situation even worse than before plus the lawyer is paid upfront...I feel its better to call your creditors and arrange a very small pay back scheme till we can get the crooks out of DC both parties term limits is our only hope

I switched to a different cell phone number and Capital One called my new number over and over a***n from different numbers even though I'm not a customer. I emailed [email protected] and nicely explained to them what was going on and gave them my number. I didn't expect them to do anything but they emailed me back saying my number is off the list and I haven't received a call since!!!!

We get calls from this number and multiple other ones. Caller ID says Capital One. Most times they don't even answer when I say*****o. When they do answer, I ask them not to call a***n. They are very rude. They call 7 days a week...multiple times each day!

It is capital one.  They call every morning at 08:13am, 9:31am,11:01am, 12:36p, 3:00p, 3:31p & 3:32p(back to back call), 5:***, 6:56p, 8:***, 8:54p & sometimes near 9:16p.  I thought by Fair Debt Collection Act they could only call between certain times not to exceed 8:00p in the evening.  They also call from several different numbers including area codes from many different areas of the country.  I have received an automated call from them from an international number. Thought that wasn't right at all!

Capitol One!! They call from so many different numbers it is hard to keep track of them. I was laid off in August and have fallen only one month behind in my bills. They call up to 12 times a day. I don't want to talk to them so I dodge their calls. During the middle of all this,they also have an automated system that calls me everyday trying to solicit my business for their checking/savings accounts.

Once you guys get your cards paid off.. CANCEL Capitol One cards, they outsource to both India & The Philippines and thats why those *****s cant*****ounce any names nor can you you understand half of what their saying.Then a***n, as I just lost my job due to the economy and now have to file bankruptcy, most people have no idea credit agency's MAKE MONEY not lose when a person has to file.

I get calls from them everyday all the time and from different number. AND I DONT EVEN HAVE A CAPITAL ONE ANYTHING!
