I am on the National Do Not Call list so I do not know why they can keep calling.  This is not the only number I have received calls from.  Usually I am not home, or am busy and can't answer the call.  When I do, no one answers. How and why can't this be stopped?!

I've been getting calls from these Houston numbers for a long time. They always have a man's name in the caller ID. Most of the time, the caller ****s up when I answer. One time, the man asked for me by name. when I asked who was calling, he got really rude with me and ***g up on me! I know they are calling from the Texas State Trooper donation center. I've donated in previous years. I won't donate a***n. These guys are pushy and rude. I can't figure out why they call and **** up though....

Does anyone know why they never answer the telephone?  Why they are calling and ****ing up?

This guy does identify himself as Tom ***dshaw.  He always asks for my wife because he is seeking donations to the Highway Patrol****ociation and Museum and my wife donated last year.  I could find out very little about this organization at the time, ggod or bad, my wife and I agreed not to make further donations.  I told Mr. ***dshaw about our decision but he keeps calling back to talk to my wife.  If he does, in fact, represent a charitable organization, he does not have to abide by the "No Call" lists but I will give him a piece of my mind the next time he calls.

Tom a***n asking for a donation to the emergency Hwy police fund.  I  ask the purpose and he says to help families of fallen hwy. police.

tom ***dshaw calls leaves no message, when i call him back the phone is always busy for hours or it rings an rings know one ever answers

Tom ***dshaw actually answered, but then said he had the wrong number ???Who is he and what does he want? Tried to return the call, tried over a period of 4 hours, always busy signal...

Cell tracer says it is a landline located near the airport in Houston, Tx??

Had my hands full with a kitten when this person called.  Left no message on ma****e.
