Automated phone call received on 05/18/2009 at 11 p.m. stating they were F&M bank and that my account had been accessed by a third party. Press 1 to confirm this was my account or press 2 to disable my account. I ***g up and called the number back and got an answering ma****e stating it was Coach and****ociates

I received an automated phone call on 5/18/2009 at approx. 11:30 p.m. from 281-248-8076.  I heard F&M Bank before I ***g up.  I called the number back and got an answering ma****e saying I had reached Comtex(spelling?) Legal Services.  I left several messages, have not received a call back.

was automated call saying they were F and M bank and that my account had been disabled due to 3rd party access. Then it gave me the chance to enter information or **** up so i ***g up. I dont even hae F&M bank so it was funny. I got the call at 7 P.M. on 5/16/2009
