I just received a call from this company today, and I have never gotten a loan from them. They had my home telephone number, and also my email address?!? I do not know how they got it, but as I said I never got a loan from them, and funny thing is I work for a group of attorneys, needless to say my bosses are looking into this company!

Individuals named Mr. Williams, Richard Brown identifying themselves as a Houston Law Firm.They keep calling me to tell me in threatening words that a have a legal case related to an online loan and a Sheriff will show at my door to arrest me. I answered their calls a couple of times, and I'm not responding to such calls any more. Yes, they are scammers.

I received a call from this number. They left a message on my answering ma****e. It was a man with a heavy accent and he said that his name was Calvin Brown. He said for my husband both first and last name. He said he was from Huston Law Firm and that they had a legal application aginst him. His SS# is under Investigation. He needed to call him back right away. He said that he will not be calling us a***n. That was on 9-28-2013. The number that showed up on our phone says unknown name unknown number. The phone number was 281-386-2880. Today we got another call from him a***n on my answering ma****e saying that since he has not heard from us the our case has been turned over to the state investigation, and we will be hearing from the sheriff dept. with a supenia to go to court. My husband call him back and ask him what was this about and he would not say. My husband told him that it is a law that they have to tell us. He ask him if he had a payday loan from Cash Net USA. He said NO I do not have any payday loans and never heard of Cash Net USA. He told him that he was a scam and do not call us a***n and ***g up on him. I called our local Police Dept. about them and he said that we needed to call out Attorney General. So we did and they gave us to the consumer Protection Division. I told them all of this and they said that they have received many calls about this. They said it was a call from India and for us to screen our calls and do not give them any information that they ask for. When my husband talk to him he gave my husband full name to him. He never gave any other personal information on him. I turn in a complaint on them to Consumer Protection and now we have to wait to hear back from them. They are a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These IDIOTS KEEP CALLING ABOUT THEY HAVE A LEGAL MATTER A***NST MY SOCIAL AND EVERYTIME THEY CALL I PICK UP THE PHONE AND **** UP IM NOT FALLING FOR THEIR FOOLISHNESS AND THEY WANT BE GETTING A DIME FROM ME

This number keeps calling me saying there a law firm and somebody is pressing charges a***nst me said the police will be showing up at my door nothing yet block all the number

Told me I took an on-line loan and there were charges a***nst me. I did not take an on-line loan.

SCAM /SCAM/ SCAM. Do NOT respond to these predators. They feed on people applying online for payday loans/installment loans. They now call about once a week using various numbers with voicemail threats. The message is the EXACT same script each time. Would love to find a way to eliminate these s***buckets.

This place is a scam!!!! They claim if I don't pay them $8000 they will arrest me in 45min. That was 3 days ago and they have not stopped calling since then.
