Caller --  male -- asked for me by name, in what sounded like an African accent. Local number; Nigerian scam? (I have quite a few friends from Africa, so the accent is pretty easily identified.)I have a script I read because of a disability. Therefore, he failed to explain why he called, who he is, or anything else required of telemarketers and bill collectors by Texas and federal laws.
