Stevens & Shapiro are a debt collection agency in Katy Texas that hire the mentally handicapped to collect for them.  They keep calling about once per day asking for someone that doesn't live here, and I keep telling them that ***ody by that name lives here, but I can tell the person on the other end is too mentally ******ed to understand what I am saying.  And sure enough, they call back the next day.  I respect that they hire the mentally handicapped, but they need some sort of management to watch over what the callers are doing, and who they are calling.  At first, I didn’t want to block their phone number because I felt sorry for them, but now it is too much, so the number is now blocked and I shouldn’t be getting any more calls from these mental handicapped that don’t really understand the words you speak.
