Debt Collector... Left a dry message about a case number.... Caller id shows "Harris County IN", I called harris county precinct 5 to search for that particular case number and nothing was found.

They called me and told me they were shutting off the power on my street and need to confirm my address when I asked them what electric company they were with, they said the wrong electric company name!!my car is paid for so not sure why a repo man is looking for me.

repo man i think,  tried to look or act like police  but their not..
