Hi, this is definitely Washington Mutual. I did get behind on my payments but am trying. They are RELENTLESS and call multiple times a day (8am to 9pm) from multiple numbers 7 days a week. They "s****" the caller id. They can input any number to read on your caller id. I think they have used at least 25 different numbers with all kinds of names to call me. I thought that was illegal to do for a collector.

Somebody named David J so****ing has been using MY cell phone number to give to creditors. This number is just the latest one to call over and over, demanding to know who I am, the address, etc.  As many as 30 times per day. I turned off the ringer and don't even answer my cell phone anymore. They eat up my minutes and will not stop calling although I've told them there is NO david at my house. Isn't there some recourse when these bill collectors harrass people so that they can't even keep their own cell phones on without endless calls, and in the process, they are costing ME money? This can't be legal.

Didn't pick up the receiver and they didn't leave any message.

Getting calls from 281-504-0039...they are even calling me at 5 AM!!!!!! I tried to answer several times but either there is no one there or I get ***g up on.
