if we call answer and say we have the wrong num ...or give us the chance and verify everything frm the s**** to finish is being recorded all we need to do is verify if its not u .....we wont call ....just be nice sometimes we do make the mistake of calling wrong num...all u have to do is say wrong num...and if u think ur name is unique try a***n there are some very common names and we just want to knw we are speacking to the correct debtor ....dont be afraid to answer i repeat dont be afraid to answer ...i treat ppl with respect at all times even if u are cursing at me ....whn u become a bill collector u will see that its very diffrent how we do our joband u will understand

a "ms. stevens" calls, leaving messages ( I don't answer my ph. if I don't know who it is), she leaves a "reference number" I need to call her back with and her extension number and she doesn't disclose the name of the company she is working for.   Totally a Collection Agency.

They call everyday couple times a day.  I have told them repeately the person "Diane" I don't know.  I have had this cell phone number for over 5 years, I don't know Diane.  They tell me they will record that, then the calls s**** up a***n.  Their corporate number is 800-7477-5451.  I s****ed to call them now!  I'm also filing a complaint with the FCC and the BBB.

This is a collection agency that doesn't care if it calls the wrong number.  It also has the number 800.375.3736.  I have told them several times, i'm not the person they are looking for.  They are calling my cell phone for a Diane.  I have had that number for at least 5 years, i know NO Diana.  They promise each time to record that information and stop calling.  Then the phone calls s**** a***n.  Does anyone know what to do about them?

They have been calling continuously for someone with the same last name as mine.  Their first message was delivered by a woman with an English accent and today the message c****ed with fewer options.  In any event, the option that is supposed to tell them that they have the wrong number has no effect and they continue to call.  I am beyond furious by this indept invasion fo my privacy and will do my best to complain about them officially.  So far I have not been able to get through to the 800 number for ER Solutions -- either busy or it ****s up on me.  I'm done wasting my time.!

Calls are being placed to my number and are reporting to be 1 281 529 8099 on caller ID. They keep asking for individuals that do not live here.When attempting to call the number I get a message that it has been disconnected.This is getting old fast.

The phone rings, I answer...DEAD SILENCENext time they ask for the last 4 of your social, ask them for theirs see what they say!How about that!

I don't know about legit.  They just called me this morning asking for my 3 year old daughter.  I cannot imagine that she has much in the way of outstanding collections.

Get this number calling all the time.  Sometimes a automated message, but yes****ay I was called a b***h, then they played the regular automated message.  I kept the message saved on my phone.  Watch out.

Called the 800 number provided on one of previous posts.  It's a collection agency and it ****s to say that it was legit!

They keep asking for someone I'm not and i get the same thing: a voicemail.  I have good credit and am never late for a payment.  Help I want them to stop calling me

The call is a fraudulent recording making a very important special offer to keep you on the line.  The woman that finally came on the line knew personal information about me, told me she was calling from E.R. Solutions and when I refused to validate the last four of my social without knowing who she was and what the reason for the phone call was, she ***g up on me.

They keep calling asking for Tommy Hudson. I called from a different number to find out why they are calling me but i just get a recording.

I get at least one or more calls from this number everyday. No message, nothing. Personally I'm tired of seeing their number on my ID and having no idea as to what they want.

If they fail to comply and you have adequete do***entation (caller I.D.- time & date, certified letter copy, etc.) you could then follow up with legal action.

I get calls from this number all the time. So far today I've gotten five calls and on Thursday I got three.I never answer calls unless they're from someone I know so I haven't talked to anyone yet.

I got a call from this number this morning, with someone stating that they were a collection agency and asking me to verify the last 4 digits of my ssn in order to get the information. I refused asking them to identify the account and they said they could not until I verified who they were. They said they were ER solutions as well. The woman said she would try another time. I called back the number and just got a voicemail.

Caller ID indicates "E R Solutions".  The initial recording said they had an important opportunity for [name].  When I confirmed the name, it was a collections call, on a fraudulently-opened account, but they wouldn't provide any info and ***g up.
