They are based out of ****stan- claim to be called "American fast cash" ask you to put money on a greenbackdot moneycard claiming they need 10% of the loan amount to transfer the funds then rip you off and take the money while laughing at you for being a "dumb American"!!!! DO NOT TRUST!!!!! Report if they try contacting and spamming you!!!
