2816474118 keeps calling me and asking for someone that doesnt live here when asked to be [ut on the Do Not Call list I was told my phone number was not in Their system

This guy calls all the time day and night. Just make the calls stop...

It,s Omar,we call him the crazy indian, Universal Fidelity, currently under investigation by the FTC,has been fined, got taken to court, still says he don,t care about the American Justice System.Claims everbody in the world owes him,,,, when the fact stated by a recent court ruleing states he owes people over a half million dollors.Don,t answer this call, but when received report it to the FTC.

Got a call from 386-673-4702 on my cell phone and didn't answer it, it showed only the number and I don't answer numbers I don't know. When I checked on the time it came in, it showed a completely different number on the time screen, that number is: 281-647-4118I have never seen that happen before, to check time on one number and have it come up a completely different number.I have no clue who this caller is, but masking a phone number makes me believe this is a scam outfit.
