This number s****ed calling my cell phone several days ago and calls all day and night. I'd really like to know who it is so I can bill them.

This # calls & says nothing, then ****s up.  When you call back, it rings 2-3 times & automatically disconnects. This is the 2nd call I have received like this in the last couple of months.  I can't remember what the other phone # was that called before... It's just strange. Kinda worries me a little because from what I am seeing on the web, these calls happen to a lot of people.... What would be the point of this?... Are they somehow tapping into our personal business just by calling our phones? Who knows with how advanced technology is these days. :-/
