I don't know how they got the number they called, but I double checked with 1st Financial later and it really was them calling from this number, they knew the name of the person who called me and everything. But, it's better to call the number on your card in the first place and ask to speak to a representative instead of answering them when they call you. Also I think 1st Financial just invents BS to charge you extra money for and doesn't show all of it on the statements they send out, but I'm not surprised they operate like that...

Not fake... after receiving a call from this number, I called the number on my card and (after I got through the automated menus to a real person) they confirmed the details of that call. If it's a scam then it is 1st Financial itself doing the scamming, not somebody else pretending to be 1st Financial.

Its 1st Financial. They keep calling and calling, i have 0 dept with them and my card is about to expire. Not to mention the fact I havent used the card in over a year and a half. is there anyway to make them stop or do i need to call my attorny to sue for harrasment.

First Financial is terrible! they called me twice today with two different numbers within 10 minutes of eachother. This is the worst company. Even if you send your payment on time, and its not processed in time of the due date, they will call you on the day it is due. That is ridiculous. I understand I got the credit card but I was young and ****** and shouldn't have gotten it. All it has done was cause issues. these people are so rude!

This is a collection agency for First Financial, I don't think it's them because they never behaved like this. They call my phone over and over all day from 7 am until late at night. They call me at work. This is my son's account but they got my number because I used my cell phone to pay his bill. They are calling my mother in law, I do not know HOW they got her number, but she is old and sick and they are harassing her every day. This is a***nst the law, I saw on TV if they contact a third party you can sue them and they owe you money. They will call  you over a dozen times a day, and I have been called at least six times in one hour. If you press ignore they will get mad and call back immediately. It does no good to talk to them because they are so pushy and not helpful. They finally quit calling my phone when I told them it was a  wrong number, but my son is being called more than ever and my mother in law is being harassed. I am sorry my son lost his job and  I don't have enough money to pay all those fees but harassing me and scaring me isn't going to make me any richer.

This is the collection department of 1st Financial as they have been calling my number to get a hold of my daughter who owes them a payment and she spoke to them last week and told them once she got a statement they would get her payment!!!! Infact from 7:56 this morning to 11:30 I had 19 miss calls from them because I have my phone set so that only the people on my contact list rings on my cell.  And I am still getting calls and will if it goes like yes****ay will keep getting them up until 8:30 tonight.  They have numerous numbers they call from and at times you can have two calls coming in at the same time from them from different numbers.  Total harrassment and it gets worse each day and talking to them is even worse as they are totally rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This number called me 6 times in the past hour and a half. Total harrassment! I do not answer the phone unless I know who is calling, and if they really wanted to speak with me they should leave a message!!!

FAKE!! I have a 1st Financial card, always made payments on time, more than the minimum, etc. Received a phone call from this fake number and was immediately wary. Called the REAL number on the back of my card and they said that NO department tried to reach me and that there was NO ISSUE regarding my card. Garbage.

This is NOT First Financial Bank! I called the REAL phone number on my credit card and the CSR told me that NO DEPARTMENT tried to reach me and that there was NO ISSUES regarding my credit card account-- no late payment, nothing. DO NOT answer these guys, and DON'T tell them anything.

They keep calling, all day! They have even s****ed to call my family and I didn't even give them my family's house numbers. They are crazy! 1st Financial bank should be ashamed for harassing people!

Its First Financial its 1 of the 100 numbers they use. If you owe money the will never stop calling even it the statute of limitations run out.

Well I received a call from this number and they left a voice mail, she knew my name and asked that I call her at a 1-800 number and let me know she would be there until 8:00 pm eastern. Most likely a creditor trying to collect. Good chance it is First Financial Bank USA.
