I too just recieved a phone call from the exact name but different number. I couldn't answer the phone in time and they didn't leave a message. the number was 281-576-1354I live in Katy,TX.

Biscamp, E. called me at 6PM, male voice said my name as a question as if to confirm who I was, when I said asked who was calling, he ***g up.  When I returned the call, got the same 'do not distrub' message that was mentioned in these posts.  Will forward this number to friends in HPD fraud and theft division for a look/see.

This same name E. Biscamp with mat****g number is calling me in Texas. When I attempted to call back I received a messege the it was a long distance number ???????????????

Got a call today from E. Biscamp, did not leave a message.

Calls almost every night....when you answer, there is no response.

Keep getting calls daily from this number, and when I try and return the call it "says do not disturb, and caller is not taking calls. I am fed up with this, and will try and find the company or person. my number is on the do not call list as well as a new number, and it is not appreciated when I get calls at all times of the day!

Same thing here. Got a call and  it ***g up without a message, called back and got a "do not disturb" message. I did a reverse lookup, and it is a landline based out of Mont Beliveu,TX, which is in Harris County.

The same number have been calling my house for the last couple of days and no one is on the other end. So mad!!
