I received a call on Friday from 281-763-0470 stating I owed $10,000.00 and if I didn't pay I would be arrested and hauled off to jail. My friend help me trace the call to Texas and they pose as a Law Firm called Baker McKenzie and there is alot of background noise with foreign people yelling in the background. I told them I didn't have a loan and asked for proof and they ***g up on me. They are scam artists don't fall for it.!

Agree, it's just a scam. 20 to 25% of people who get payday loans don't repay their loans so these scammers buy lists of people who have received loans in the past and figure their threats will ring true with a percentage of the people they call. If you need a good payday loan go to todayadvance.com. I used them and it worked ok for me.

I have been harrassed for the last week about not paying back a loan. They told me they where calling from cash advance than they said first america. I received the same call from them on today and they have been calling my phone on and off for about a year now. I have blocked their telephone number but because it c****es frequently it is hard to keep up and this alone is frustrating. Usually I give them a piece of my mind and they usually **** up in my face but I think I will try another ****od and harass them by continuing to call over and over a***n. The number they called me from today was out of Houston, TX (281-763-0470). I pray no one falls for this scam and I hope this number helps.

They told me that Cash Advance was suing me for not paying back a loan.  I have never received a loan from this company.  When I asked for some type of paper work or information they refused to****ist me.  I ***g up on them.  They stated that they were attorneys office for ACF and the number was 281-763-0470

SCAM SCAM SCAMI received this call twice and so did one of my friends. They kept harassing her on her job until she called authorities and found out they were SCAMS

Called me from 281-763-0470 and said investigators were taken me into custody the following morning at 11:00 a.m. Sat.until court on Monday.
