yea these ppl been calling my close friends and asking questions about me they had all my information and yes there scam artists and im goin to file charges a***nst them. They calim to be american lotter bullS**t.

yes I just received a call from this same piece of s**t Indian. however the number appeard on my caller ID as 786786. very thick accent could not understand at all claims to be "Michael" and that if I ignore his call and disregard calling him back I will have a very nasty leagl battle on my hands and that he prays for me. F this guy. he immediately called back AFTER leaving me a voice mail and said he called and the line was disconnected.....F ing liar......do not call back. If there is a class action law suit I want in on it.

LOL I told them off as well as my boss but they keep calling my job and my cell phone - I can c****e my cell phone but how can I make them stop calling my job ???? I confirmed that this is a scam from the company he claims to be calling for - I STOLE MONEY FROM THIS COMPANY that's his claim - weird though I'm from hawaii and he'll call from a local number and when I call it back it goes straight to a message saying you have reached a conference room but give me this ****** number to call back 281-763-0495*** !!!! Yeah I just received another call from them at my work, they say that it is a emergancy so I called back and it was some guy that does not speak very good english. I told him that I have looked them up on the internet (his response was OH YOU HAVE LOOKED US UP) and I told him that I knew this was a scam and if he called me a***n that I would be getting a hold of the feds on them. This is scary and dont know how he had my SSN and all my information.

caller called my wife and said so****ing about a lawsuit in horrible english, then they called one of her friends and told her friend to call her... thats a little weird and im not sure how the caller knew her acquaintances...

I just spoke with my boss, who happens to be an attorney, and we are going to try and put together a class action lawsuit a***nst these people. I have been receiving the same calls.

Somebody with a very thick Indian accent claiming his name to be Richard Johnson calling, telling me that he is from American Law Division stating that a legal application has matched up to my name and attorney has decided to move forward with my case and  I will get a call from court within 48 hours and a sheriff will appear at my doorstep and my references and employer will get a subpoena to appear, would I take care of my case or they will take care of legal procedures.  They wished me the best of luck as the situation unfolds on me.someone should s**** a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT a***nst these people!!This is ridiculous!!

I have now received 2 calls from this number at my work.  Both calls were from callers with indian accents, I couldn't understand the first man's "name", but the 2nd call was from "Justin Pierce".  They said they were with the Department of Law & Investigation", and that if I did not call them back immediately, they could only wish me good luck as the situation unraveled around me.  They called 3 times in a row this morning, back to back, and on the 3rd call I told them this was an office line and not to ever call it a***n.  No calls since then.

this is a scam artist. there plan is to call you get you woried than call you back later and offer to let you settle the clame by sending money by western union DO NOT SEND MONEY you do not actuly owe money. i called them on it and they got pised and ***g up i continued to call them anouther 15 times each time just getting them madder and madder till the finely s****ed yelling aboiut *****ing my mother. i have turned this phone number in to the FBI. if you get a call frome this number DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY AND TURN IT OVER TO THE FBI. do not give them any information about yourself.  ohhhh and the also have difrent numbers. one thing to know is that if this was ligit you wouldnt be getting notified by phone this kind of leagle matter would be sent to you in the mail.

Received a call from a Kevin Johnson.  When I called the number back, I spoke with a David Cooper who lied through the entire conversation.  He told me that I was going to be on a "state recorded" line, that the court would call me with a date and time to appear (I used to be a district court clerk and this would never happen), then he said that the sherriff's office would show up at my job, and when I s****ed to question him and tell him that I couldn't understand him, he asked me if I wanted to speak with his d*ck because it spoke perfect English.  After giving him a piece of my mind, I came back to work to search the number.  I too am filing complaints.  Let them come trying to serve me with a lawsuit.  They will get their****e$ handed to them.

I recieved a phone call this morning (12-14-10) from a man who spoke in an indian accent with the name of Richard Roberts saying my husbands SS# is under investigation.  When asked why he transferred me to another man with an indian accent said his name was David Cooper.  He said he had and outstanding balance from US Cash Advance from Oct. of 2009 that I had no idea about we never recieved a deposit or dealt with this company before.  He threatened us with a lawsuit and all kinds of stuff.  We were able to get the name of the law firm hes said he was with which was American Law Firm but would never give us an address.  Anyway we reported to FTC and out bank about this since they had the information and also made experian crediting agency aware of this scam for our credit report.  I hope if anyone else gets this call DO NOT give them any money it is a scam!

Just recevieved a call from this guy who left a message on my voicemail.  He had all of my husbands information.  SS#, address, etc.  Said I owed $9,000 to Cash Advance America for a debt we never paid from 2009.

a guy called saying his name was edwin walker with american law division (no way was that his name -he could barely speak english)saying I owed a 10,000 dollar debt to america cash advance.  Total BULLSH*T.

The person that called me from this phone threatened me with a lawsuit for some debt I know nothing of. He, in broken English, would not tell me what the debt was, how much the debt is for, or whom I am indebted to, but rather threatened me on the phone. I have filed a complaint with the FTC for this threat, as I am also on the Do Not Call list.

I have been receiving NON-STOP calls from this number this morning (11/19/10).  I answered one time - I could barely understand the man on the phone.  He asked for my lawyers name and number saying so****ing about a lawsuit pending a***nst me.  I did tell the gentleman not to call me a***n or I would report to my local authorities.  Didn't deter him but as I write this I have not received another call.
