Called to lower the interest rate on my credit card. I don't have an actual credit card

I have a missed call from this number today, 10 minutes ago. no voicemail was left. I returned the call and it "cannot be completed as dialed." I'm sure it's a scammer using a generated number

I just had 2 missed calls, no voice mail left. Not sure who it is or why they were calling.

I just got a call from this number at 11:50 am Central Standard Time today 3/10/17. Missed the called, and they did not leave a voicemail. Not sure what the intent was.
