Crystal at chase mason rd, Katy tx. Helped us set up an acct then embezzled $3000 & another $2000 is pending 6/3/21. A call showed up on her phone as TCH (tx children’s hosp). Answered it while with us. Didn’t say much. Then ***g up as if aggregated. Said it was a spam call & she’d thought it had been about her kids. Bank workers are supposed to have their phones locked in a locker while working.

Claiming to be Chase bank rep and warning me of my bank account being locked down for su****ious activity. I don’t have an account with them. I said “good and thank you Jessica. Keep it locked.!” Then ***g up.
