they're on the do not call list, yet they keep calling??? 3X in the last week?

I got a lot of calls from this number with no messages.

lady tried talking to me. once I asked her what she wanted and that their company was a scam she tried arguing with me and said I should look their company up in the BBB, but wouldn't give me the company's name! She claims they will take the number off their list. I just got this number yes****ay so we will see!!

calls over and over, no voice mails

Learned today that the calls are coming from Texas Green Energy Education. Gr*********.com hosts a messaging service for this company and I learned that Texas Green Energy was using my cell phone as a point of contact. Below is the email I just sent to texasgreenenergyeducation.com Gentlemen: On November 11th 2011, I began receiving repeated telephone calls from 281-892-1147 to my cell phone (602-*******X). Over the course of the next two and a half weeks I estimate that I received over 3,000 telephone calls from this number, frequently topping 30 calls per hour, day and night. When answered, the call immediately went to an automated answering service hosted by Gr*********.com (http://gr*********.com/). I left numerous messages requesting that the calls cease and video recorded several of these requests, yet the calls persisted. I filed police complaints with my local (Goodyear Arizona) and Houston police departments. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission as my cell phone number is on the National Do Not Call Registry. I learned via internet research that other people have similarly received unsolicited calls from 281-892-1147 and I have spoken with several of them. Today I spoke with Graham from Gr********* Communications (1-800-820-8210, option 2) and learned that your business is responsible for these unwanted telephone calls. According to Gr*********, you placed my cell phone number as a contact point for your business. I never have been a customer of your business and I do not know how you came to use my number. Nevertheless, I must warn you that any future telephone communication that can be traced back to your company will be met with legal action. Arizona law provides for a $3,000 penalty for each telephone call made after a reasonable attempt is made to notify the offender to cease and desist. Please consider this such notification. Furthermore, I shall be posting this response on consumer websites alerting others of your business practices. SH

S****ed receiving calls to my cell phone from this number 11 November. Estimate 1000-1200 calls since then--30 calls/hour at times. Have filed complaints w/Houston police, Do Not Call List, but calls keep coming. Who is this?!!!
