i just got the same thing... chicago area phone.

Just got the call on my work cell (w/ 630 area code, like others), but didnt pick it up... Was already registered on the do not call registry. Just filed a complaint.

I received a call from this number today but did not answer and ***ody left a message.  I have registered my number on the do not call list....hopefully that will stop these calls!

Just received the call 11/09/2010 at 12:54p.m. CST.  I am in Springfield, IL and call is from Texas?! Picked it up and they immediately ***g up. Called it back and recorded message stated: United States Prescription Card.

I got a call as well and im in chicago area.  didnt call back though

Same thing just happened to me....I just moved to Palatine, a suburb of Chicago and got this number 2 days ago and they are already calling me.....Must be so****ing about IL...LOL

I live in TN but used to live in Joliet, I'll and still have my cell phone from there - this number shows up as unknown and I called it back and never got anyone to answer.

Just got a call from that # on my cell, which is 630 area code (Chicago suburbs). It only rang briefly and I never made it to the phone to even consider answering. I used to live in the 281 area code (Houston area) so I was su****ious!! When I called it, it said "you have reached the United States presciption card..." Bogus I'm sure. Just fishing for some telemarketers I guess.

My husband and I both got calls from this number...no one answers and no message. In IL too!

I also live in IL and got this call, called it back and got the same US Prescription card. I have no idea what this Is.

When you call it back it says that it's the United States Prescription card. I highly doubt it. I live in IL and the number is a TX number? Wish they'd stop calling

Just get these calls now and then. No one there, simply comes up as "unknown"
