Vaughn Clemmons of RT &****ociates, LLC is an abusive individual. He has harrassed me, my wife and my new born at 3am at my home. His tactics are risky and we have complained to the Attorney General, Federal Consumer Protection Agency, Texas Licensing Board and Texas Department of Public Safety.It is unfortunate that there are people like Vaughn Clemmons and RT &****ociates LLC. They claim to be professionals but offten step outside their legal limits at the expense of others. That is why individuals like these are regulated because they have no self control. It is up to good people to continue to complain and fight to keep individuals and companies like this from walking all over others.This will help all the good people sleep at night when obviously people like Vaughn Clemmons and RT &****ociates, LLC can not get any sleep so they work at night.

Vaughn Clemmons is insured and licensed with the State of Texas.  As usual someone who is upset because the job this man does is causing them an inconvenience. Well if you paid your bills and did not try and hide from finance companies this man would not be looking for you.  My suggestion instead of posting negative stuff about this man, get another job and pay your bills so he will not have to come and find you.  A***n another citizen upset because they have to pay their bills, oh ya its the american way to not pay........Keep up the Good work Vaughn Clemmons we need more of you in Texas

This guy is operating with out the proper credentials from texa department of safety. His name is Vaughn clemmons and according to the DPS he has no insurance, his paper work/application  has been suspended and he should not be looking into anything.
