No answer

Roof repairmen wanting to inspect my roof for hail damage.

Said they were SS, but when I called back, their accent was so thick, I couldn't understand them! Have dealt with SS before and they never have such thick accents. I told them hard to believe with such heavy accent they are SS. He hung up on me.

Said on voice mail that they were going to report me for fraud!

This call is saying there's a problem with my SSN, and I need to call back.

Caller stated there was some suspicious activity with my social security number. Stated they were calling from the social security administration. Refused to give any other info without me giving the last 4 of my social. I did not give any info & hung up

This call was weird - seemed to come from Social Security - but the callback number was not the same as that number. Foolishly I called back and a person who answered said there was criminal activity associated with my SS# and then as calm and cool as you please: What is your SS #? I did not give it - took a while to figure out it was a scam call.

This call is saying there's a problem with my SSN, and I need to call back. "It's a very serious matter."

Told me there’s an issue withy SSN and I need to call SSN admin office using this number

Called stating there was an issue with my social security and I needed to go over my info to keep from my payments getting interrupted.
