It's a survey call asking about your trip to 5/3 bank..they just called me about me visiting a ***nch that I haven't been to in about 3 years haha..

Yes****ay I got a phone call from this phone number.They said it was a survey for 53 bank.The lady had such a wear accent so i asked about her nationality... she ***g up !?

I got a call from a lady saying the same thing about being from my bank.. however I havent been in there in awhile !! I work for a marketing company & know the secrets... Just tell them to remove them from their data base , if they do not do so & call you a***n, they are under penility of law &can be held liable

I got a call from them, but didn't answer. I called them back and got a voicemail about taking a survey. They said it was Convergys as stated above.

My caller ID says it's from Fifth Third Bank.  But when I called the number it said they were from Convergys, a market survey research company.  They listed their website as Convergys.com

Now it is getting more scarry. The same number called me around 8:15pm. and it was identified as "the name of a Bank in my Town"...and when i answered, the call ignored that and kept ringing. I pressed to answer a***n - but it further ignored and continued to call. It was at that time i switched it off!Later i punched in the "bank's" website......and i entered "this number" to see if it was really their number. Ooops! not so. and when i googled it....i found this site.I guess this parasites are trying to lynch on people. they are desperately haunting for any information they can get from people which they hope will give them access to our banks, etc.Folks be careful. we can be smarter than them. step up and ensure that you name, address and numbers are inaccessible to these lunatics.

I just got a call from this ****** number (even though I'm on the do not call list). I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a voicemail but I called it back in hopes of griping someone out. It went straight to a voicemail about their company, Convergys. They also told me the website address, www.convergys.com if I wanted more information.Went to that website, found this number 1-800-235-8000 to tell them I wanted off their list. It was after business hours but I left a voicemail. I suggest other people do that as well.

CALLED AT 7:00PM EST. I AM ON THE "INDIANA NO CALL LIST" AND THEIR CALL WAS IN VIOLATION OF STATE AND FEDERAL "NO CALL" LAWS.

It's just a marketing company, your bank is probably a client. If you call the number back, you will get a recorded message with the company name and the option to parti****te in the telephone survey.

This number calls repeatedly and doesnt leave messages. Does anyone know who it is??? When I call back it says that number cannot be reached. Incredibly annoying!

They called and said they wanted to speak with the person who visited the "blank" bank in "blank location" yes****ay!!!  How would they know I was at a certain bank yes****ay?  CREEPY............
