Claim to be my insurance company. Said it was a wellness check and then stated I would receive a 100 gift card after appointment via phone

They called me saying they are from Blue Shield insurance and sent me a link. They told me they will call next week to ask questions about the medication I take and my health.

They made an appointment to come to my house to discuss my health options. Then they confirmed with a text message to my cell phone.
