Same as all the other comments. Says a final claim is pending on me awaiting verification of address and place of employment and that it's my final notice. I've had about 7 of these. Guess final doesn't really mean final. The number comes in from Marion, Tx 830-590-1155 but says to call back to 301-259-9752

I receive calls daily from Rebecca Moore telling me there is a claim in her office and she is verifying address and employer to serve me papers. the call comes from 267-912-6480 but the call back number she leaves is 301-259-9752.

Said claim was file against me and needed verification of address and place of employment. Legal right to call 301-259-9752. Same lady as before, just a different callback.

Says they are filing a Claim against you. You have a legal right to contact them by phone. Etc.

Did not leave a company name. said they are working on something that came to their office. they will be verifying my home address as well as my place of employment address. caller id showed 302-508-4277 - but she said to return the call @ 301-259-9752
