Received a call today and experienced the same issue...someone with a really heave foreign accent, stating they were with a vehicle processing center. The vehicle they asked about was traded last year. They asked for my new information and I told that that was not necessary and I ***g up.

Repeatedly called... ***g up without message when told owner was not at home.

Man with an accent who identified himself as Joseph Vargas called my husband. He said he was calling from Vehicle Processing Center. When my husband asked for information about who he is and what the call was for the man became annoyed and we ***g up on him.

Received a call - someone with a foreign accent said they were from vehicle processing center. I also ***g up before they could say more.

Guy with heavy (what sounded to me like Spanish) accent claimed to be Vehicle Processing Center. Knew the year, make and model of my car and my first name.

Broken English dude who simply kept asking for me from the Vehicle Processing Center. I asked what he was calling about and he kept asking for me....real pain in the****. If any one figures out a way to get back at them, please let me know.

Claimed to be Vehicle Processing Center. Couldn't tell me more. Knew the make and model of my car.

I have previously told them not to call and to remove my from their list. They are calling my cell phone (which costs me money) which i informed them before as well to purchase extended warranty for a call I have not owned for two years and I've told them that last time they called.

A foreign voice called me knowing what kind of car I drove and was telling me that my warranty had expired. I kept asking who they were and where they got their information from and he ***g up on me. A scammer for sure.

RECEIVED A CALL 10:46 AM. RETURNED CALL 11:01 RECORDING SAID OFFICE WAS CLOSED?

answered, but no one spoke on the other side. I ***g up.

They called around 11am EST . Didnt say anything and then ***g up. I called back and the office says it was closed on Pacific hours, even though its a 301 area code.

Call received 3/11/14 at 4:27pm. I said "hello" multiple times but called did not respond.

Just received a call from 301-304-3064 on 3/8/14 @ 12:20pm asked for my husband by name and once he picked they ***g up. Called the number back and recording says office is closed.

Has called several times but will not talk. They always **** up. I called them but it states the office is closed for the day. to call back doing business hours Pacific time. 301 is a Md. # Eastern time zone

Called two times but left no message. We are on the Do Not Call List.

Called house today, but left no message.

Called, didn't pick up, didn't leave a message.

Having number traced and investigated....

Just like Mikecrad29 said; they could be phone hackers or just someone trying to listen in... NOt NSA but others.

Same M.O. as Chuck described, same voice, maybe trying to sell some sort of vehicle service. Couldn't tell for sure what he wanted.

Picked up and it's an Indian dude looking for vehicle information.

Called twice the week of Feb. 17, 2014 but didn't leave a message either time.
