Just got a phone call from this number. A male thick-accented voice said my name and said he was calling about an electric bill. I do not have any electric bills in my name. I told him that the person they were trying to reach is unavailable, to see what he would say but he just ***g up on me. This is the second time they called. First time, I answered and it was silent on the other end.

Got 10 Calls within the past week from this number. There was no voice on the other end and the number does not exist when you call back.
