I received a call from this number twice yes****ay (a male voice) and once so far today (a female voice saying that this was a second attempt to contact me. In each voicemail left the person says, "You're being contacted from the financial litigation services. (This is the second attempt) to obtain your attorney's contact information. Return this call promptly to (301)850-4181." However, the number on the caller ID is (301)408-0353. I know for certain I have no type of litigation going on in my life and I refuse to answer numbers I do not recognize. Pretty sure this is a scam.

Claimed to be the litigation department. And that I owed them over $1200 from a payday Online loan from 2012 from Advance America. Not correct. He asked if I had a lawyer. He had the last 4 digits from an old bank account. He knew my employer. When I said I never had a loan from Advance America he wished me well and said he would be forwarding the information to the county.
