Message said they "have been monitoring my files for the past six months and if I owe more than" a certain amount am "eligeable for a reduction in payments & 0% interest." Others report them saying so****ing different, obviously a scam.

They tell you you have credit card problems and switch to someone who can handle your problems. I've never had credit card problems.

This is a fraudulent call center for Roku Technical Support. They try to get u to pay 199.99 for a lifetime activation fee. Roku does NOT have an activation fee whatsoever! File a complaint with the FTC - I did.
