Total Scam!!! These a&&^%$$#es are out of Bufflao NY. They called my mother the other day posing as attorney's but little do they know the call was being recorded, and my husband is a real attorney. He quickly reported them to his buddy in A.G's office and contacted another buddy he went to school with who works for the F.B.I. :)The clock is ticking, just watch the news and you'll hear all about within 30 days. They are in a s****load of trouble.

got a mesg on my answering ma****e, with a file # it was for my wife she bounced a check at an advance america and they had a judgment to collect on her. it was only a $200 check that they collected $487 on!!payday loan...go figure!!!!!!1111

Recived a call from the number, they are a law firm out of NY and FL . They called my mother actually, called back, it was for a payday loan I took few years back.They wanted almost $790 , and I settled it for a on e time payment of $368.So, try to settle first, dont go for the firs amoutn they go after.

One more thing, I would call back at least.This way, if you check the information they can NOT get a judgment by DEFAULT on you,bc lawyers are ***** and will send papers to the address where you DO NOT recive mail. ACA credit solutions did that to me, as well as NCA and got a judgment by deafault on me. FYI

My ***her informed me that I had a message from a Mr. Perez. I listened to his voicemail and a female left a recording saying that I had a civil complaint a***nst me. I consider myself a "good samaritan" so I couldn't imagine what this was all about. When I called, I got a voicemail that seemed so unprofessional. Thank God I came to this website.
