Lawsuit a***nst spam

Called me clamming intentional fraud on me and threatening to place a lawsuit in my name.

Automated voicemail telling me they gave me 6 months to respond and I have not so I'm committing intentional fraud and they have downloaded my case and filed a lawsuit under my name by the US government.

Recording said they were taking me to court

It is the IRS scam, pretending to be IRS agents.

Called cellphone - said had given me 6 months to respond - now they were going to take it to court. First off IRS does not call - would receive mail first - and IRS numbers are toll free.

They called to say an intention fraud and law suit is being under my name by US government (small g). They wanted a call before "downloading" my case to the courts.

It was a threatening call ...and they refered to the court system

Total scam. IRS would send you mail with do***entation. Not threaten you.

SCAM! They leave a voice mail threatening you with an intentional fraud suit stating that they are the IRS. They can't speak English and won't answer questions. SCAM!
