Just called the 301-696-7000 number and it said it was disconnected.

I received a call last night at about 8:00pm from some lady at this number identifying herself as a Wells Fargo representative calling about a loan modification to my home loan. She gave me the correct loan number but we had not requested any loan modification on this loan. She said it came across her desk and that if I had any further questions, contact 1-800-416-1472. I called that number this morning as they were closed when the lady called last night and they said they do not know anything about what that lady is calling about.
