This number called me right after I lost my call to FirstData Merchant Services but is not them! …so somehow they are monitoring people that call FirstData and then call you pretending to be them.

They called and asked me to confirm my company name and then a abruptly ***g up.

The company calling from this number claims to be from First Data, which deals with different merchants using credit card terminals, such as Suntrust Merchants.  They call to verify checking account information for business checking accounts.  I'm not sure if they are legit, but I would not give any information to them.

Got a call, screened it, left no message. My phone is on the donot call list. I am reporting it there as well.

first i got a restricted call that woke me up at 3:08 am! I answered it and ***ody said any thing and ***g up. Then thirty min later i got a call from 301-745-7000. I missed the call that time. What kind of so called credit collection company calls someone at 3:30 AM!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call from 301-745-7000.  Called back and it recording says First Data, but caller ID says CES.  No message left. Anyone know these jokers and what they want?

Was a call from Wells Fargo merchant services regarding a creit card ma****e they had sent me and that I ended up returning.  They were just calling to let me know my account had been credited for the CC ma****e cost.

I just received a call from this number.  The person had a heavy accent and he asked me to verify if this was the residence of "Mr. Sandra ******"  He could not*****ounce my first or last name and he addressed me as Mr.  I asked where he was calling from and he rambled so****ing off.  A***n, he asked me if this was the residence and i then ***g up.  I did call the number back later in the evening but just got an automated service.

301-745-7000 is the primary phone number for first data located in Hagerstown Md. They are the collections department for citicorp bank and passibly others that I don't know about. If they are verifing your nunber your probably late and they are getting ready to add you to a collections campaign. good luck.

The person ask if it is the home of mine, I said no, but this is the person, and the operator ***g up immediately.

Just beeps when answered. Then after about a minute ****s up. Has called 3 times in 10 minutes

Just got call from this number by a woman with a heavy accent.  She wanted me to verify a checking account number on a bank.  I asked her what bank and when she told me I told her I didn't have an account with that bank and she ***g up.

I also got a call from 301-745-7000. Looks like some spammer/cold calling company. Very su****ious. Do not pick up and report to your telephone provider.Also keep in mind you can actually report this to FTA.. I see many people are talking about this number in forums online..

They called and said the same thing to me.  I asked who they were - they wouldn't tell me and ***g up.

They called and asked to verify this was my phone and then said "thank you have a good day."
