Wellington G. Vessels with Civil & Criminal Investigations.  The are apparently a repo/skip tracer or private detective agency looking for person that owes the car loan company.   The are based out of Baltimore, MD but have numbers registered in Washington, VACell: 301-793-7710Ofc: 571-265-7344He left a note on my door with the person's name on it that he was looking for, this is so intrusive and they should do more research.  I did mine and quickly found out who he was.

This is a Repo man that calls trying to find the person that owed the car loan company.  He asks wierd questions to find out if your the person he's looking for.  I let him know that he had the wrong number, wrong family, etc.  He seemed to be satisfied, but s****ed up calling a***n a few weeks later.
