Raphael Tene picked up my 70" Samsung Roku Smart TV on 9/30/2022. I did not hear from him for weeks, I called and he said he was waiting for parts from overseas and it would be a few days more, now 10/24 I called him, he was supposed to call me Sa****ay, when I reached him he said he was on his way back from out of town, I told him I wanted my tv back today, Sunday, he said he could not but would have it here by noon Monday 10/25. he was not here so I called him and he tried to give me the same BS story, I told him I was going to call the police, I did and they told me it is a small claims court case now. I am going tomorrow and file suit.

This phone number was advertised as the Geek Squad. An individual showed up at my house. Picked up my 55 inch tv, took a deposit and told me my tv would be ready in two weeks. Two weeks went by and I did not hear anything. I kept calling and the perpitratur that answered said he was having trouble getting the parts from overseas and it would be an additional two weeks. Its been 7 weeks and still nothing. I visited the Best Buy in Landover today, only to find out that the phone number I have for the geek squad is incorrect and some scammer has my tv and a $285.00 deposit. I have never been scammed before and I refuse to let this go. I am contacting the FCC, Better Business Bureau and a serious man***t by people I know.
