left message saying "we have received some files here." If it is a debt collector, they didn't bother to actually say "I am a debt collector attempting to collect a debt" ... why would anybody call them back with such a ***ue message?

Collection agent claiming to be from ARS international

keep getting calls from this number when answered its like no one is there,****s up and calls a***n later same thing over and over..

does not leave a message, but continuously calls.

a recording that says, "Please hold for an important message".  If it's so important, let a real person call me!
