I got the same message as the above person ... the caller left a message that said, "My name is Kathy Davis and I am not a bill collector or a telemarketer.  She did NOT say that she was a call about a case that was placed on her desk.  But I know for a fact the HONDA FINANCIAL uses private companies who call themselves "investigators" to skirt the law about identifying themselves as bill collectors.  These people are LIARS and will tell you all kinds of things ... like ... "I have filed a criminal case a***nst you in a court of law."  What bu***hit.  People who cannot pay their car installments are NOT sent to criminal court.  Or do they think we are idiots???
