threatened my lawyer on them.
They just keep calling just got this phone.
I asked them to stop calling. Made it 100 times worse, now they call every 30 minutes.
I went to http://www.whoiscalling.info and I looked up who is calling and its completely free! I FOUND OUT WHO THIS IS FINALLY!! They keep calling over and over I was getting sick of it.
So I've been getting calls from this number and they never leave a msg and when I do answer there is ***ody on the other line. This is s****ing to get old FAST!!!
Leaves no voicemail
ever since i got a new phone- i get weird calls, and in spanish.
It all s****ed when I bought a magazine subscription from Tanga.com. Since then I've been getting calls from different numbers like this everyday that always lead back to this RPM debt collecting business. I don't owe any debt aside from credit cards none of which are maxed and I make payments over the minimum.
all hours...sundays...midnight...i don't owe anyone any money. arrogant.....disgusting....i warned them..fcc, my attorney
RPM tryed to collect on a Debt I payed 4 Years ago. Riliy larance is the fool that is calling. Keep track of all his calls he also uses a diffrent phone number too
301-882-9950 , 425-984-6246 , 425-984-6248 , 866-212-7408 , 866-212-7848 ,888-745-9332 are most of the phone numbers the Receivable Performance Management, LLC (Collection Agency) are using. They are located at 1930 220th Street SE Suite 101, Bothell WA 98021-8410 and are also using a PO Box 768 with the same City, State & Zip address, too. The Founder is Howard L. George and he runs a website: //ReceivablesPerformance.com for gathering Clients to keep them in business. They do use a Demon Dialer of some sort to "***t Down" targets who may answer their phone which is why you rarely get a live person on the calling end when you answer. To combat these types, there are a few tactics. First, when you answer your phone, be sure you are NOT doing so****ing important (especially driving) and wait for the live person to get on the line as this may take a while. Say*****o politely several times so the Caller will FEEL comfortable they are talking to someone who is "Civil" enough to deal with. When they do respond as a live person, your FIRST QUESTION will always be: WHO ARE YOU TRYING TO CALL, PLEASE? without yelling at them. DO NOT TELL THEM WHO YOU ARE, they called you looking for someone so find out who they are looking for, first. 9 times out of ten, they will have the wrong number but you MUST inform them that you have had your phone number for so many months or that it is a relatively NEW number for you so that these people will FEEL you are telling them the truth and not someone trying to hide from debt collection practices. If you are NOT the person they are looking for, DO NOT lead them to believe that you may know that person, either. It is NOT your responsibility to be contacting someone else for them. If they continue calling you, inform them that if they continue to keep calling you (especially on your cellphone), you will treat this as harrassment and will report them to the phone company (forget about the police for now). The phone company has a legal depart.

If they continue calling you, inform them that if they continue to keep calling you (especially on your cellphone), you will treat this as harrassment and will report them to the phone company (forget about the police for now). The phone company has a legal department who handles this problem. The Second Step: If you ARE the person they are trying to contact, YOU MUST ASK them politely to tell you what address they have on file for you. Do not give them any new information about you no matter how they TRY to coherse into doing so. If the address IS correct AND it is a CURRENT address that they can reach you at; YOU MUST tell them to send EVERYTHING IN WRITING to you at that address on record. Ask them to sign their letter to you. Never, NEVER, handle transactions over the phone such as giving them additional information, especially where you bank at or give them credit card numbers, or where you work, etc. When they call a***n, wait for the live person (a***n) to inform them you are waiting for their wirtten demands in the mail BEFORE you can respond any further BECAUSE YOU ARE REQUIRED TO VERIFY THEIR CLAIM FIRST before proceeding any further. You are still letting them know that you are a reasonable & civil person to deal with, so politely excuse yourself until you have THEIR do***entation in your hands. If RPM rebuts with excuses to continue before you have a reasonable amount of time to validate their claim, you may politely let them know that you know HOW to reach MR. GEORGE and his company and to please be careful with what (the Caller) says for you may have to use that a***nst (the Caller) at at later time. This type of caution usually stops them from proceeding unless they are trying to upset you. It's an attempt to get you to lose control which you already have over them. You can also inform them that this call may be TRANSCRIBED (not recorded) in case you need it for a later date. You want them to **** up on YOU, not the other way around. This is how You maintain control over them.Third: When you actually have their written demand for payment, hopefully you will have their name and best of all, their signature as well; now is the time to do your research on verifying IF the debt is genuine. There are all sorts of information on the web for fighting for your rights. Use them. Check to see if the Statute Of Limitations had expired. Check websites for help on writing proper letters such as legal Demands to Validate Debt. Most importantly, always write (never communicate over the phone) with the intent to use the U.S. Mails with the Certified Delivery WITH a "Return Receipt" mailed back to you at YOUR address. It is much better to use their (RPM's) PO Box address because it is difficult for the RPM Rep to skip signing the delivery receipt when it is at the Post Office for pick up.When you use the Mails, you maintain your protection and have evidence to use a***nst them when it comes time to prosecute them for violating the laws. And they will be breaking many laws. Do your own research for yourself, do not shrug it off because knowledge is power! It will build your confidence when someone else tried to use bully tactics on you a***n. Read, read, read, write, write, write. Use the laws, it will stop them EVEN IF YOU DID HAVE A DEBT. The most satisfying part of all this is when you win your case and the actual valid debt amount is awarded on your behalf. Now, go out there as an American Citizen and know the Law.
Keeps calling but will not leave a message. What the want or selling I don't know. I will not answer unless the leave a message as to what they want. I worked for the telephone co. on the west ccoast and if they continue to haress me with their call I will notify the FCC.

wrong number, told caller that my number is a cell recently given to me. Despite person being looked for is a female and I am a male they refused to stop calling me. They said it takes 24-48 hrs to take off list here we are three weeks later and I am still getting calls
Get calls at all hours of day and nigh, don't answer so they call on cell phone
they call my cell constantly, Tmobile must have given them my number because I never give it out to anyone. If they are a ********* organization they need to be reported to the proper places. They will just get another number if we do nothing.
I believe they are a debt collector. They shouold not be calling me. The only debt I have is my mortgage and a student loan. Neither of which are in collections - one is not due yet because I am still in school and the other is ALWAYS paid on time. They have been calling me repeatedly for weeks. I called back becuase no one leaves a message. I called back immediately. I asked that they refrain from calling me any more and they asked for my cell phone number! They should be aware of who they have been calling.
Keep calling looking for a relative who has moved out of area. They said they got my number from the FBI DATA Base. They told me to shut up and give them the information they want. With that type of at***ude I know nothing. Caller ID shows 9:28 12-06-2009 RECEIVABLESPERF

W***ver these people are the constantly call for someone by the name of Karen Hill. Though i do have relatives who last name is Hill, i have never known, spoke to, or even heard of a Karen Hill. They are very nasty and unbelievably aggravating. I have told them numerous times that the person who they seek does not live here.
I am a new owner of my phone number. the collection agency is trying to reach previous owner of the number. they say they will remove the phone number from the list but they keep calling.
rpm
They keep calling the receptionist at my place of work. I have no debt and googling this phone number uncovers lots of complaining about fraudulent debt collectors.
Wish they would stop calling.
This company has called our Office Fax No. 27 times in the last 2 weeks. I answered and finally someone came on the line and asked for Jeff Thompson. I then told the woman that this is a business and no one by that name works here, or ever has. I told her the number she was dialing was a company Fax line, and she said she would remove the number.
Calls all the time and leaves no message.
