It said that the IRS made a mistake on my last tax return and owes me 278$. It asks me for ALL of my personal information such as SS#, address, filing status. Had ***le as Wheres my Refund.

Package can't be delivered, by the post office, because of wrong address. To correct a fee of three dollars needed, via credit card.
