Same as all other comments. So****ing about a case being filed a***nst me. Caller spoke fast and not clearly. Mentioned Human Resources being contacted. Called from the number (716) 328-9499. I returned a call to that number and was given a standard voice greeting asking to stay on the line for the next available operator. When someone did finally answer, they ***g up

SCAM. They also called from 901-203-0820.

Left message similar to complaints above about service of process and case filed and coming to my premisses or place of employment but said so****ing about this is not an attempt to embarrass you. HA! Message wasn't really clear. Left phone number 302/219-6777 to call back.

Received a voice message from a Brian Kelly stating that there was a legal action a***nst me and they were preparing to come to my residence and/or place of employment. No details of this legal action were given nor was my name even mentioned. When I called this number I only got an answering ma****e requesting that I leave a message including the case number...no case number was provided in the initial message.

They are trying to scam me I called the sheriffs to my house about the matter so he called them and wouldn’t give any information and ***g up on him

What is this scam all about, what a waste of time

Spammer stating that he is seeking legal action but doesn't say for what or even who. Got a good laugh the first time but can get annoying.

This is a SCAM. They wanted me to call back b fore taking legal action.

Servicer Process regarding home and employer. Threatening legal action.

I keep blocking phone calls from scammers.

When I answer, message Says this is regarding debt and if I don't respond I forfeit all rights. They leave the above call back number, but when I try to call they just place me on hold. Have no idea what it's about, but given their tactics, clearly not legit.
