I also got the "you have reported have problems with your computer" explanation. I told him I built my own computer so I never complained to a manufacturer or my ISP about it. I asked where he got my name and phone number and he said "an internet database". I asked which one and he deflected and said "when people complain about their computers their name and phone number are entered in a database". He asked if my computer was running slowly or if it had a virus (no and no) but instead of answering, since I knew he wouldn't give up where he got my number, I told him I had to go. He said he would call back, but I'm going to save the number and mark it as spam on my phone and have it go directly to voicemail instead of ringing.

Calls my house 4 times a day. Says they are some sort of computer IT company. Won't stop calling.

After receiving 4 - 6 calls a day for the past couple of weeks, I finally waited long enough after answering the phone for someone to talk to me. (These people do not leave messages. If you answer the call, you end up ****ing up before they come on the line.) The company is Albion Global Technologies. They are calling because 'you have reported have problems with your computer'. They have a new product they want to send to you, and it won't cost you a penny. I told her to go away and leave me alone! We are NOT having problems with our computer, and no one would have used the number called if we were. Sounds like some kind of scam to me. Be careful!

They don't say anything. They don't leave a message if I don't answer.
