This number is active in the Mesa, AZ area this morning.  No message left.I wish phones could have a "add this number to junk list" ****on, just like my e-mail!

Called 7/29/08 at 3:10 p.m.Called 7/25/08 at 11:51 a.m.Called 7/24/08 at 11:56 a.m.Called 7/23/08 at 11:00 a.m.They never leave a message. We have an unlisted number and are on State and Federal do-not-call lists.

They call and after a few seconds you can hear like a call center in the background until somebody decides to answer.

I have received at last 14 calls over the past 2 weeks. The last time my wife answered the call and they claimed to be Bank of America. They wanted to talk to me not her about a SO Called B of A personal Account. I have reason to believe that this is a Scam call.

They Called me 7/21 at 4:30 P.M Last Time i answered and the ***g Up. but Because my name is Latin the Caller Spoke Spanish. I have his Voice Recorded. Now i Have Two Numbers Calling me.  This one and FCF 702-256-5005.  Probably People trying to Scam. But how do they get Past my Do Not Call List

I got 2 calls.  Supposedly Bank of America offering Privacy****ist ID Theft protection.  Needed to "verify" my info to send me a free credit report.  I told them I was not giving any personal info over the phone because "you called me".  They said they already had it, just needed to verify.  I told them that was the same as asking for personal info and if they already had it they could just mail the thing to me.  A little more "insistence" on their part and when I said "no" a***n, the phone "went dead".  I called BOA customer service to report a rat.  They transferred me to "Privacy****ist" which is a separate company.  They said that it was Bank of America that made contacts, not them, they just did credit monitoring and sent out reports.  He transferred me back to BOA customer service.  They transferred me to the Fraud Dept.  I gave her the 302 number and she said it was not one of their numbers and that they did not ask for that kind of information on outgoing calls.  She asked for my number and said that they had not tried to call me today for any reason.  She said that I was wise to have handled the call the way I did and recommended that if it happened a***n to call the Better Business Bureau and possibly the phone company.  It is harrassment.  Even though I was "hot", all the people I talked to at BOA and Privacy****ist were very nice.  Good luck all!

I just called Bank of America- They gave out the number to this company- Ben Johnson was the name of the man who called me- 302-369-3198- I told them to get my number off this list- It's a scam...Bank of America gave ou the number-

Caller ID: 302-369-3198 They won't Stop Calling. they Don't leave a Message. when i Answer they **** up! and I'm on Do Not Call List.

Have been receiving calls from this number for some time now, the call is not picked up and they never leave a message. We have an unlisted number and are on Do Not Call list, therefore should not be getting these calls. It is very irritating.

Calls every day. Does not leave message, no one there.

I received a phone from this number (302-369-3198 @ 2 pm pacific July 16) saying they are from Bank of America and don't be alarmed- we're sending you a credit report- and then I asked how much. They said 12 bucks a month- I know BOA doesn't make phone calls like this- I received another call from this number today July 17/ noon pacific time 302-369-3198- and it went dead and I called bacjk no answer.

I receive a call from this number daily. When I answer the phone, no one say anything.

They call two to three times a day, don't leave any messages and I have an unlisted phone number, also on do not call list, etc.I'm very annoyed.  This number needs to be disconnected!

BofA calling for my wife by name. It seems they call every day. How do I make them stop???

They call me every day. I screen and once the answering ma****e message ends someone comes on and seems to think there is an actual person there. After they ask for me by name, the person realizes that one is there and they **** up.  I am tired of them calling.

Keeps Calling. I get many calls from this and other number claiming to be Bank Of America services. They try to sell everything.

Claimed to be from Bank of America Iden***y Protection free service. When you decline politely the heavily accented lady becomes down right rude DEMANDING to know why and then becomes insulting saying "you are ******". Unbelievable! Bank of America doesn't seem to know about thia call

The call came in about five p.m. My wife answered the phone no one said anything.
