Calls from this number to my cell phone.  I am not the person they are looking for. Appears to be a collections agency called Receivables Performance Management.

Must be violation of federal debt collection practices. If Attorney General was functional, they would be shut down by now, but Holder is too busy fixing the****mo fiasco to really prosecute idiots like this.

Also get same phone calls on cell phone. Also from 302-394-6837 Does anyone know who this is???. Have sent text back requesting who is calling but get no response other than to call them back. Have called them and said they are looking for someone else and said would remove my number. I will wait and see if I get anymore calls.

They call ALL day long. Won't leave a message. When I answer they don't say anything or ask for me by first name. 302 is Delaware are code. At least 6 calls per day from 8am to 11pm

Yes they do call all the time and never leave a message,I decided to call them back by blocking my number and the lady aswered "Thank You for calling RCM How can I help you" I googled RCM popped with some type of technology company I figured if it was a job of some sort they would leave a message as thats the professional thing to do. I then googled RCM Collections and there was a collection agency with such a name. They are a collection agency

Call everyday approximately same time, with an automated message and have a very bad rep for threatening people from what I read on another complaint board, and a former employee's account was troubling.seem to harass money out of anyone who contacts or interacts with them . They encourage contact by leaving their name and phone number on caller ID. No clue as to why this campaign s****ed, have read a common****ociation with Sprint, verizon lists, ***ody seems to know how they got on their list. Some of the people tried to straighten out and found they couldn't find any record of any debt. They will call cell phones, which is illegal. Looking into c****ing phone service, if there is any, with call blocking. Am concerned that this is an iden***y theft company. They have been so relentless calling over 50 times that I think that they will most likely sell the list.

"Not my number though" Seems strange and it's absolutly not a quiesedence . YES I KNOW MY SPELLING ****S. Just trying to help though. Anyways I called them back and a women answered and she sounded like she was in a busy office also had a bit of a ****y at***ude . I told her I was just calling to tell them stop calling me and she said where calling for KATHREEN but theres no kathreen here, lol DON'T GET ANYTHING TWISTED HERE "SO****IN­G SKETCHY GOING ON" DON'T GIVE THEM ANYYYYYYYYY INFORMATION. NONE 0 ZIPPO ***A. They may even ask you "what's your phone number even though they're calling YOU! My guess on all of this is that when I went to that website www.phonegangs­ter.com they sold my info or there in on it some how IM 100% SURE. Its way to obvious. Ive had strange problems like this before with other cell phones and other phone providers and it's not just this company but there's many companies like this. BEWARE ! ! ! Don't give out any info, oh yeah and also I have found sites on the internet that you pay x amount a fee maybe 5 10 15 dollars to have there or anybody's number blocked for ever. JUST A TIP. Have been called several times. Each time they are if "so-n-so&­quot; lived there. Told them no and to stop calling. They called a***n tonight so I am actively resear****g all I can on who the Scammers are. Someone said the "Per R" that shows up on caller ID is for RECEVIEABLE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. The are located in the town of Philadelphia, Deleware off I676 which is the Vine Street Expressway. They use the ***rless Network of Delaware. If anyone gets anymore information PLEASE respond so I can file a formal complaint to the FCC and file other charges as well. I'm over this harassment, it's my turn to push back!
