this person has been calling me. called me at 11:41am today on 6-22-11. i told him to put me on their don NOT call list,, he tries to speak over me and asks why???!! i told him to stop and listen to me and said to put me on the list. At 3:10pm same day they called me a***n..after i said to put me on that list. at 6:28pm, they called ...a***n,,and ***g up. i may try to sue them. i, busy and dont have time for this!! any advice on how i go about this legally? there is also another number thats been calling me after i told them to put me on their do not call list. i,ll report it also. thank you, ***ndi Robinette

They (USA Benefits) call me about 4 times a day telling me I won a gift card and that they need my debit/credit card number in order to be processed and for the shipping charge. When I tell them that I'm not interested and to stop calling they either continue their sales pitch as if they didn't hear me or they **** up on me. I have now registered my number on the "No call registry" as well as filed a complaint with the FCC and encourage everyone else who has been harassed by these scam artists to do the same.

I don't know who calls but they keep calling repeatedly. Probably 20 times a day. When I pick up it sounds like indian people talking they will talk for 10 seconds and **** up or won't talk at all. I threatened to call the police but now they just call and **** up. Its really a pain!

I get this phone call from a guy with a thick accent who says his name is "Alex" and he has a $100 gift card he wants to mail me. He already had my name and address. I cut him off when I'm told him that I'm very busy right now. I didn't give him any banking info, but I'm kind of creeped out that he has my address and it makes me wonder what else he knows about me.

I receive multiple calls daily. I answered a few times but there is no one there. Sometimes it sounds like a ma****e is going to pick up but doesn't.

11 calls in a day and a half about a gift card I had won. They have ignored multiple requests to take my number off the list and not to call a***n even when I asked to speak with a supervisor. They are very rude and will not take no for an answer, just continue to talk around and over what you are saying and keep calling back!

this number has come up on my phone at least 10 times as missed calls because i've been in school and they are calling on a sa****ay at least 3 times. I don't answer my phone if I don't know the number seeing as i have a minute phone but you know it's aggrevating because they don't leave messages on the voice mail.

Company called this morning at 11:00 a.m. Chris Williams and his employee identification number is 92321. When he came on the line he s****ed talking about I have qualified for a $100 shopping card rewards from them for using my Mastercard or Visa card. The first thing came out of my mouth was I was not interested. The man s****ing yelling spending lots of money qualified you. He kept putting emphasis on he was here to help me. I s****ed asking more information The guy sound Nigerian. I kept asking what was the company address he wouldn't tell me. He then asked me could I help him out with my zipcode in the verification then also asked which card did I use. I told him he should know if he stated I was one of the 50 customers in Georgia to qualify. I then thought SCAM SCAM. I immediately ***g the phone up in his face. He told me that he would send the information about the company in black and white. The man called me back a***n. He is very persistent and pursuasive.
