Called husband's cell claiming to be acting on behalf of government agency regarding mortgage; as we were affected by recent disaster, he thought it had so****ing to do with that and asked if they were calling on behalf of our bank; guy said hold on and then ***g up. When husband called back, got a recording and instructions on how to opt out-upon pressing that key, was told invalid entry; then tried a***n and got a "before you opt out" spiel that spoke of being entered in a contest every time you call them or they call you-***g up before the actual "opt out" instructions because it just went on; he was very su****ious and felt his phone s****ed to act "off" after the call. I called it back, got a "WCA Clearing House" message-same spiel on the opt out; robo-callers, spam, garbage-block it if you can.
