Called today didn't leave a message showed up on my caller ID as Delaware

Called @ 5:20 pm.

Called back on a landline and it said this is a subscriber line and it doesn't recognize the number.

This is one of the typical robotic-callers with a recorded message. They ARE NOT telemarketers. They operate outside of the United States and attempt to "sell" a product at a fee that is so low, some people take the hook and provide a credit card number for the "product." At this point, the off-s**** crooks s**** ****ing the life out of your account and you have been robbed. They easily dupe the unsuspecting (and ignorant) victim into thinking it is a legitimate business here in the United States because the phone number has a U.S. area code, but so****ing called Voice Over Internet Protocol (and/or fake Trac Fone accounts and other per-pay services) are used to trick the victim. These people do not parti****te in the "DO NOT CALL" list because they are bandits, not actual marketing firms.
