Recieved a call on my mobile phone this morning from this number - says it was from Newark, Delaware. Person did not leave a message. I did not answer. Will not call back. Sounds a like Su****ious call.

Caller ID identified number as belonging to: Delmarva Power; however when I selected #1 to connect to live representative, representative ID'd company as Cardholder Svcs (similar stuff under different phone # 360-322-6663). They are posing as a credit card service company wanting you to reduce your interest rate but when I asked which card company they were calling from they said VISA. I said Which one.. They said Chase or Bank of America. I said which one? They said your balance is over $3000? When I said I would have to log in to find out.. they ***g up on me. Very su****ious.

They have called my cell phone twice in 3 days and did not leave a message. I picked up once but no one answered.....
